Columbia Industries Files Lawsuit Against Entro Incorporated, Entro Industries, Harlan Smith and Shawn Smith
Columbia Industries, LLC, an innovative global leader in the design, engineering and manufacturing of custom rig moving systems and tippers, announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against Entro Incorporated and Entro Industries, Inc., and their principals, Harlan Smith and Shawn Smith, in Washington County (Oregon) Circuit Court.
In its Complaint filed February 16, 2012, Columbia asserts claims for misappropriation of trade secrets, unjust enrichment, conversion and breach of fiduciary duty. The Complaint seeks damages and a court-ordered injunction against any future use of Columbia’s trade secrets and proprietary information by Entro or the Smiths.
